The Loksa Authorised
Independent Reseller (Loksa AIR)

By purchasing a Loksa Preferred Customer Programme, you will be approved to operate as a Loksa Authorised Independent Reseller. As an Authorised Independent Reseller you represent your own company, with Loksa as your major supplier.

Once registered, you can start marketing Loksa homes within the programme framework. Loksa will provide a range of marketing material and training documents to streamline the sales and marketing process. For example, the Loksa Preferred Customer Programme includes the Loksa Home Series which displays a range of homes from small transportable dwellings to larger family homes.

As a Loksa AIR, all quoting and estimating for projects is done at the Loksa AIR rate, made simple through Engineware, Loksa’s online quoting tool. You are responsible for setting your company’s retail price, based on the market guidelines supplied by Loksa and negotiating the final price with your client.

Loksa does not enforce minimum ordering targets unlike other business opportunities, such as franchises or certain licensing agreements. This gives you the freedom to grow your business at your own pace.

Coupled with the fact that most of the ‘behind-the-scenes’ services are provided for you, your operation can be run efficiently, thus reducing overheads and limiting personal time commitments. Loksa’s aim is to continually strive to maxmise the value of the Preferred Customer Programme through marketing initiatives.

As Loksa and your business grow, the value of your Preferred Customer Programme will also grow. Due to the limited number of Programmes available in each country, it is envisaged that their value will increase over time. After having owned your PCP for four years you also have the option of selling your PCP through Loksa.
