Loksa’s Luxury Standard sets a top quality benchmark expectation for the finish and fit-out of your home. It also includes minimum standards, such as specifications for Loksa’s seamless granite benchtops, and wrought iron grand entrances.

Loksa’s Luxury Standard specification includes a list of features usually only found in upmarket homes. Luxury Standard defines what Loksa delivers at its Loksa AIR square metre rate.

In most cases, Loksa’s per square metre rate will be up to 50% of the current market square metre rates. As well as being inclusive of labour, Loksa’s starting rates are the same price for two storey dwellings as they are for single level dwellings – contrary to the industry norm.
